This was an excellent experience for us. We rarely go to car dealerships, and we feel really fortunate that this was one of our experiences. Brian the owner, Ernesto our sales rep, and David the service and detail man were so polite and helpful. Their communications were clear, respectful and they treated us like we were the only people they were working with at the time. They helped us to find a vehicle that we loved, and had ample time to check it out, and make an informed decision before any commitment to buy. The decision was all ours with no pressure at all. They wanted to make sure that different items that could be improved on the car were fixed also on their nickle. Thank you guys so much!

Brian who is now semi retired helped me with another purchase of a great vehicle. I was in a desperate situation last time and this time due to having to get rid of a car that needed constant repair. He made sure the vehicle was inspected to ensure the car would run great for me. The car is good looking, low miles, good gas mileage, with a low payment I'll have paid off before the end of the year. Brian and the dealership are the best!

I had an amazing experience last Friday at This dealership. I looked at all the used dealership sites in Eugene and Springfield and found the truck I needed. I needed it to pull my fifth wheel trailer so I wouldn't be stuck anymore. I went in not even expecting to be able to buy the truck that day because I have poor credit and my girlfriend just gave birth to our daughter so she isn't working right now, but she does have good credit. I knew I'd be getting a big Christmas bonus in December so I wanted to find out what I needed to do to be able to qualify in December. We drove the truck off the lot that day with an affordable low payment! Ernesto worked with us all day and he put in work to get us qualified but he didn't work alone. I could see others making phone calls for him and a guy in the yard was running around to get the truck ready. He even gave me Bungie cords to hold my baby stroller in the back. So what I would like to say is that if you go in here to buy a truck or car then the whole team will put in lots of work to help you drive it off the lot that day. And Ernesto has a few tricks to get a couple like us qualified.
